Winter Storm in St. Louis, Billing Closed

We are experiencing a severe winter storm in St. Louis. Due to this storm, the Billing Department will not be open on Tuesday, February 13, 2007. We plan to reopen at the normal time of 1 PM Eastern on Wednesday, February 14, 2007.
