Another player broke the rules! How do I report them?
There are a few ways you can do this. First, at the time another player is
breaking the rules, you can use REPORT to let the GMs know what's
happening. Just REPORT and then your message. Example: REPORT
There's a player here that's cussing, and his name is Spiderdeath. Could you
take a look? Thanks!
You can also REPORT people to GameHosts and GameMasters by placing
an ASSIST. Just type ASSIST for information on how to
get a GameHost to come help you out. You can then report the person, and we'll
take a look.
Finally, you can write to Customer Service to report someone. Just write a letter outlining
what happened, about what time, and who did it, and we'll make certain to investigate.
I
didn't like the game at all, and here's what I didn't
like!
We try to make DragonRealms the most enjoyable experience that we can.
However, if you find something you don't like, we encourage you to write in
and tell us about it. We can't fix it if we don't know what's wrong. However,
writing a long angry letter that doesn't give us any details on what might be
wrong, or just saying "This game stinks!" isn't going to do us any
good.
If you feel that
you need to complain, count to ten before writing the
letter. State the situation as calmly and concisely as
you can, and what you think should be done about it. This
kind of letter is much easier to read, and we're much
more receptive if we're not being shouted at.
I don't like your
policies! Here's why, and how I think you should fix it.
Simutronics' policies (terms
of service, privacy
policy, rules
of conduct) were considered for a long time before they were implemented.
Although it might not always seem like it, there's always a reason for our policies.
However, we always welcome your comments and suggestions.

I
got a warning that I don't think was fair!
If you received a warning in the game that you don't think was fair, no
Host or GameMaster
in the game will likely be able to help you, as they don't overturn each other's
decisions. However, you can appeal to Customer Service. Please state the situation surrounding
your warning as calmly and clearly as you can, as well as the reasons you think
the warning was unfair. We'll consider the situation and let you know our decision,
although most warnings are not reversed.
I
have a problem with a member of your staff, and I'd like
to tell you about it!
I'm sorry you had
a problem with a member of our staff! We try our best to
be fair, courteous, and friendly at all times, but we're
only human, and sometimes we make mistakes.
If you have a
problem with a member of the staff, you're always welcome
to write to Customer Service about it. We'll pass your letter
along to that person's supervisor so that the matter can
be looked into.
