1. New Releases:
NEW CLERIC SPELL RELEASED!
The cleric spell Multiple Protection from Evil is now in Premium Preview.
This spell can be cast on a group, offering the protection to everyone
within the group. Slight adjustments may be made during the preview
period. Currently you must be level 15 to learn the spell. Remember to
check NEWS 17 for more updates and https://members.xoom.com/shalnhh for the
complete DragonRealms spell list.
NEW 'LOOK' OPTIONS
All players can now determine what part of a player's description they
want to see when they LOOK at them. Type LOOK DEFAULT for the syntax.
You can override your default at any time by specifying one of the
available options (FEATURES/WOUNDS/ITEMS/ALL) after the name of the player
you are looking at. EX: LOOK Ephasia WOUNDS.
Look for more changes to features in the coming months!

2. Upcoming Events:
WEDDING CELEBRATIONS!
With the arrival of spring, love is blooming all over the realms. Join us
in congratulating the following happy couples on their upcoming marriages!
Tahatia Euall and Beeble Brox joyfully request the honor of your presence
as they join their lives in marriage on Saturday, May 1 at 9:00pm EST on
the beaches of Orchid Lagoon. A reception will follow.
Kelt Mcgiure and Ceria Heartwalker cordially invite their good friends to
join them as they exchange their wedding vows at the forest of Darda
Galion on Sunday, May 2 at 9:00pm EST. A reception will follow.
Admission to both weddings and receptions will be by invitation only.
Transportation portals to the weddings may be found at the following
locations: Therenborough (town gate), Langenfirth (near the Landing),
Riverhaven (town square), Crossing (the Strand), Leth Deriel (sana'ati

MENTOR CLERIC LECTURES
The Mentor Society is pleased to announce nightly Clerical Training
sessions for all interested clerics. Come learn from the best!! Sessions
will take place in the Cleric Guild by the alter. Learn from the realm's
top clerics as they share their knowledge of both their guild and the
lands.

SUGGEST A GUILD EVENT
Feel like your guild is missing something? Here's your chance to have a
little fun and plan your own event! Everyone in the guild must be able to
participate, even if a separate event is held for the younger members of
the guild. Make it guild-specific - a trivia contest, a race... anything
you wish! Email your ideas to Majorz@play.net and we'll do our best to
make it happen!
VOLCANO QUEST
New tickets will go on sale within the month for the sold-out Mibgluc's
Revenge, the return of the popular volcano quest. Mibgluc wants his
revenge for all the adventurers who spoiled his plans the last time. He's
trying to re-awaken the volcano and wreck havoc on innocent souls. Can he
