1. Upcoming Events:
CELEBRATE EMPATH DAY!
Join the Lorethew Mentor Society for a day of fun, games, frivolity and a
dose of good old Empath spirit as we celebrate Partanien Andu (Empath Day)
at Jadewater Mansion on Saturday, April 22nd beginning at 3 PM EST. Root
for your favorite wound-bearer in contests and competitions, sample
delicious refreshments or dance the night away with someone special at the
Empathy Ball. Whichever you decide to do, come join us at a healer's
haven for some fun and laughter!
SIMUCON 2000: TIME IS RUNNING OUT!
Over 400 players have signed up to attend this year's SimuCon! Are you one
of them? Join friends, GameMasters, and the rest of the Simutronics staff
on the weekend of June 15th-18th in St. Louis, Missouri for the largest
gathering of players ever! Registration ends May 14th, so hurry over to

BUDDY CONTEST WINNERS
They told their friends about DragonRealms and now they're reaping the
rewards! We'll be picking three winners at the end of every month, so just
keep spreading the word and you could be next! The names of the new lucky
winners are posted on the DragonRealms web site each month following the

CLERICS CONTEST!
The Cleric Guild is hosting a prayer parchment contest this month!
Winners will receive all of the winning parchments stuffed neatly in a
custom-made prayer parchment case. Check out the details posted on the
Guild Guru Announcements subtopic of the Cleric's Altar folder, and get
those submissions in by May 10th!
MOON MAGE SPELL CHANGES
The Shadow Scribe spell has been updated to include the previously planned
Sharpen Moonbeam spell as an aspect. You can now use Shadow Scribe to only
not only write longer messages with higher skill, but also to strengthen
your moonbeam from afar.
