Armor Group: Chain

Chain Armors are made of interlocking metal rings which provide strong protection against blows. Some varieties provide multiple layers of metal rings to provide additional protection. Although very protective, chain armors are very heavy and do not provide as much flexibility as the leather armors. In addition, hindrance to spell casting is higher than all armors other than plate.

The four sub-groups of Chain Armor are:
